[v14.1_public_beta] Updating Notes with Notes.setNotes is not reflected on client in realtime#2815

The contents of the Note in the bottom-right corner is correct on initial connection as client, however any updates made after initial connection with Notes.setNotes is not reflected on client.

Is this fix with public beta 2?
