Flickering Coursour in text aplications#2917

When TTs is in full screen and i open a text document in other app, the coursor is flickering in and out, turning off fullscreen fixes the isse and i had that option disabled in coursor options on windows 10, am not sure if its an issue with the app or the game but its quite anoying since i want to use both at the same time when making stuff
