MacOS Microphone Permissions#2921

The recent updates for Tabletop Simulator have resulted in an error on launch saying microphone permissions were not granted and that the microphone won’t work ingame. However, microphone permissions in security show that it is enabled. Removing and re-enabling permissions for the game do not work and neither does reinstalling. It’s only been an issue since the late December updates and nothing I’ve done has fixed this issue.

I’m having the same issue. Application reports “Mic permission was not granted talking in voice chat will not work”. This appears despite the application never prompting for Mic access. I’ve been able to enable Mic access for Steam and it works properly. However TTS still displays this error for each launch. Additionally, TTS does not appear in the MacOS Settings->Privacy & Security->Microphone list so there’s no way to enable it.
