Error Loading AudioClip: Index was outside of Bounds of the Array#3083

I’m trying to load some valid ogg music files, but TTS is throwing me errors. There’s no discernable rhyme or reason from what I can tell. They have valid English filenames. The URLs are also valid.

The same error occured in a previous bug #2979 , but that was for UI. Is this also a Moonsharp bug?
