Adjust workshop JSON names to reflect save name#3091

It’d be nice if the workshop JSONs actually had the name of the mod in its title, rather than just the workshop ID, i.e. <TITLE> <WORKSHOP_ID> rather than just <WORKSHOP_ID>. Surely you can still parse the workshop ID if the name is also included for subscription updates?
