Stuttering on games and main menu#3102

I already uninstalled the game and cleared most of the mods. But I still cannot play any game, let alone browsing on the menu, all off the other games from steam seems to be normal besides TTS. Thats how the game and the main menu looks for me:

That happens when the table has lots of assets and scripts, TTS is not very well optimized, I have experienced very very weird FPS issues on various tables that somehow fix themselves or worsen themselves for no reason. I mean like, I add 1000+ more assets and suddenly my FPS go to 120 and then for no reason they can go back to 12.
