Korean text in input fields and notes gets completely overwritten/erased on re-entry#3125

When typing Korean text into input fields or notes, the previous text works fine initially. However, when clicking back into the same field or note to edit/add more text later, the existing Korean text gets entirely deleted or overwritten upon entering new characters.
