Using takeObject() on a deck that is being searched, breaks the deck#3162

If someone is currently searching a deck and then a script calls takeObject() on that deck, the deck breaks. Even after ending the search, the “is being searched” icon shows and no cards can be manually taken. Calling takeObject() and searching again can result in the errors:

• “Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index”
  • “Container contents are too large to send over the network.”
